All services are subject to availability, scheduling, and geographic service areas (including Charlotte, Concord, Gastonia, Pineville, Rock Hill, Lancaster, Matthews, and Huntersville).

3. Estimates and Pricing

• Diagnostic Fee: We charge a standard $75 diagnostic fee for service calls. If you choose to proceed with the recommended repair or installation, this fee will be credited toward your final bill.
• Quotes: All quotes and estimates provided are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change based on unforeseen circumstances discovered during the installation or repair process.
• Financing: We offer financing options through third-party partners like Acorn Finance. All financing agreements are between the customer and the third-party lender, subject to their terms and approval.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of the service unless prior financing or payment arrangements have been made. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and approved financing. Failure to pay may result in collection actions and associated fees.

5. Warranties and Guarantees

We stand behind our work. Specific warranties on equipment (parts) are provided by the manufacturer. Labor warranties vary by the type of service or installation package purchased (e.g., 1-year, 2-year, or 5-year labor warranty). Warranties do not cover damage caused by lack of maintenance, improper use, acts of nature, or unauthorized repairs.

6. Cancellations and Rescheduling

We request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BULK BUYER HVAC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to our services or your use of our website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.
